It's modern and completely self-contained with all amenities including fully equipped kitchen, separate laundry and sparkling, heated pool. You will love taking in the views to Brisbane CBD and Stradbroke on the large undercover deck area. No parties allowed.

Our unit is airy, light and spacious. The unit has two entrances with easy access from the parking area which is off street. There is a gas bbq outside the kitchen. The kitchen is spacious with bar stools. The unit has a washing machine and a wash line on the verandah. The unit is not air conditioned but has ceiling fans. There is a dining table and tv lounge. The bedroom space has a queen size bed, a king single and a single. This is a non smoking unit but smoking outside is fine.
