We are located off the R671, just 5 minutes from either village of Clashmore and Aglish. We are 10 minutes from the N25 where Dungarvan or Youghal are 15 / 20 minutes with a choice of routes. Guests can enjoy beautiful coastline scenery at Ferrypoint, Whiting Bay, Goat Island and Ardmore, within 10 / 15 minutes. Both Waterford and Cork cities are within a 1 hour drive. A countryside setting with green fields and walks, near the bank of the River Blackwater at Coolbagh Quay.

"Follies" is a large 25m2 suite, cotton linen, a relaxing sofa, tea & coffee and an en-suite bathroom. The room is very private, with views over the Comeraghs, green fields and the ocean. Follies is the perfect place to relax & unwind - the only sound you'll hear is that of the breeze & the waves. WIFI available in room. A 3 course dinner & breakfast can be served in with breathtaking views of the Ocean (reviews might help you decide) - please book this separately.

This is a beautiful spacious en-suite king size ( or twin) bedroom. Dungarvan is only 10 minutes from the newly opened Waterford Greenway. Relax with a cup of tea and a slice of Gertie's cake upon arrival. The bathroom overlooks our farmyard, the room, lit with three large windows, overlooks our garden . A paddock where you can see our free range hens roam. You will dine in style with Gertie's gorgeous 3 course breakfast. Our bed and breakfast rate is €130.

A suite attached to a unique modern two-storey property located in an area of outstanding beauty in a peaceful area with nature in abundance. Your accommodation overlooks the Knockmealdown mountains and consists of a double bed and fold up bed ( suitable for child / adults).
