This granite cottage opens into an airy open-plan living space with a kitchen and lounge. There is a woodburning stove and leather couches to enjoy your evening. French doors lead out from the bedroom onto an outdoor dining, bbq area and garden.

We are 35 minutes from Kilkenny's Medieval City, 1 hour from Rosslare Harbour, 1.5 hours from from Cork, 1.5 hours from Dublin. Waterford Greenway (46km cycle/ walk, can be done in whole or part) is a 10 min drive The beautiful Copper Coast with its beaches and coves are 30-35 mins drive. Our local country Pub is a 10 min walk and nearest village is a 10 min drive for any essentials.

The Hay Shed

A lovely unique Hay Shed, situated beside the Apple Shed Airbnb, and on the grounds of a family home with parking and its own private gardens at the back. A 2 minute drive to Ladys Island Close to beaches, great for swimmers, surfers walkers, bicycles available 20 minute drive to Wexford town or visit Johnstown Castle, Heritage park, Hook lighthouse, JFK Park, Rosslare Strand, Kilmore Quay, and Dunbrody famine ship 8 minute drive to Rosslare Harbour Ferry to England, France or Spain

The Studio in the Sky

From artist studio to guest house, this little building is an ongoing project, with so much to offer. Sitting on higher grounds just behind the main house, it has its own garden with a view to take your breath away. It’s a bit of a rise to get there but totally worth it. If you keep climbing across small fields and a strip of forest, you’ll find yourself on Slievenamon’s mountain trails. Downhill from here lies Kilcash village, pub, church, more forestry and the ruins of an old castle

The Cosy Cabin - East Ferry - Cork

Modern corrugated cabin, with epic views over the water. Jumping in the car you're within 10mins of both Ballymaloe House, Cookery school and garden. Located 7mins from the foodie town of Midleton where CUSH is perfect for dining. Inch beach is 15mins away for swimming and sauna barrel. Cork city, with all it has to offer, is a 20minute drive. No wifi in the cabin but mobile phone reception is great, unless you’re Voda phone but a short stroll along the lane will pick up voda phone.

The Outhouse, Sceach House. Greenway 10 min .

The Outhouse is located in our garden and guests have use of a private outdoor sitting area and parking . Stradbally village and both village beaches are 5 and 10 minutes walk away. The coastline between Stradbally and Tramore is stunning and unspoilt and the Comeragh Mountains are only a short drive. Access to the Greenway and bike hire is a 10 minute drive. The medieval seaside town of Dungarvan is a 20 minute drive, and the medieval city of Waterford is 35 minutes.

It’s like a look-out post to the elements – expansive skies meet earth and fields that slope to the sea. Blackhall and Bannow Island, within a five-minute drive, have long sandy beaches. The wonderful Tintern Abbey and Colcough Gardens are fifteen-minutes away, and Wexford town is twenty-five.
