We have SKYTV, DVD and WIFI but we can also offer the peace and quiet of the rural Irish countyside. Three double bedrooms compliment a spacious open plan ground floor. With its own grounds and parking, this stone property is on the edge of three counties and perfect for exploring the ancient south east and its coast.

Grandads House - 200 Year Old Cottage

Recently refurbished 200 year old cottage. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath property. Is also has a double sofa bed so has the potential to sleep 6 people. It is a 20-minute drive to Kilkenny City which has endless restaurants and tourist attractions. It is situated 1 mile outside the small village of Mullinahone in Co. Tipperary. The property is a 1 hour 45-minute drive from Shannon Airport and Dublin Airport, 15 minutes from Slievenamon mountain hike and 30 minutes away from the Rock of Cashel.

Take it easy and have a getaway to a cosy 190-year-old cottage in the Irish countryside. The cottage is semi-detached and has its own private outdoor area. The cottage is located in the countryside village of Ballymacarbry which is situated at the foot of the Nire Valley and is perfect for hikers, with beautiful walking paths. Cyclists with the winding roads of the Sean Kelly circuit and walkers with the many woodland trails. The cottage is also a 10 minute drive from the Comeragh Mountains.

Our Gorgeous Stone Cottage (Kilcannon House)

A small cottage in the grounds of Kilcannon House, which is only 10 mins from the Waterford Greenway and the newly opened St. Declan's Way. If you need to relax a break in our Cottage would be the best escape. It has a separate entrance and everything you need for a truly comfortable stay, including a electric stove in the living room, fully fitted kitchen, king size bed ( which can also be made up as a twin bed) and en-suite bathroom. The bedroom can also accommodate one child.

The Cottage is over a hundred years old in heart of Inistioge. Off street parking for one car. You enter into a space that’s olde world charm. The open plan sitting room/kitchen has a solid stove, original shutters. Stairs are narrow and steep Sun area leads to small private courtyard Outdoor seating is provided Tea Coffee Sugar biscuits are supplied A strict No Smoking /Vaping policy exists The Cottage cannot allow Animals Only children OVER 12 years old can be accommodated

Bluebell Cottage is an old Traditional Thatched coastal cottage lovingly refurbished to create a nostalgic cottage experience mixed with all the comforts. Sleeps from 1 to 4 guests. 2 bedrooms. One bedroom accessed through the other. One king Bed and one double. A couple of “mind your head” spots! Located right in Kilmore Quay Village ,a very short walk to the harbour , Pub, cafes, beach and all of the amenities of the Village. Free parking for one car No pets or parties

Converted Old Stone Barn near the HOOK peninsula.

"Hogans Cottage" is a 300 year old traditional style, converted stone barn, near our historic old farmhouse "Somers' Fort ". It retains many original features such as the original old natural slated roof, old timber beams, traditional natural slate floors, exposed original stone walls etc. etc.. It is very quiet and peaceful, on a small working tillage farm. Originally the building was the cowhouse where the cows were sheltered and fed for the winter months.

Big Mick's Cottage

Beautifully restored cottage located on a working farm in peaceful Kilkenny countryside between Mullinavat, Piltown and Mooncoin. We are within 30 minutes drive of Waterford, Kilkenny and Clonmel. Fantastic views and long quite walks are promised. A stones throw from the beautiful Curraghmore estate, Comeragh mountains with the spectacular Mahon Falls and Coumshingaun Lake and Slievenamon. The Deise Greenway and Copper Coast beaches are easily accessed nearby.
