Additional amenities include Keurig coffee maker, washer/dryer, outdoor grill and picnic table, hammocks, and outdoor dog kennel.

It is located lakefront with access to boat dock with kayaks, swimming, enclosed private hot tub with tv and water activities. Gather around at the fire pit after a fun day at the lake. Cook in the fully furnished kitchen or better yet cook out on the grill. Curl up with a good book and watch the boats drive by. Centrally located close to State Street in Bristol and Johnson City. Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly water front river cottage (Approximately 1,700sf)! Bring your fishing pole and relax! We have Kayaks and life jackets available upon request at no charge (life jackets required!). Enjoy some time on the hammocks by the river or step into the hot tub on the deck over looking the river. Please note we do have a video camera overlooking the driveway as well as overlooking the stairway and river bank below the river cottage.
