Welcome to a soft place to land. We love hosting guests! Centrally located in the Valley's premier med district. An easy drive to shopping, medical and recreation. Lakes and hiking trails closeby. Newly renovated unit with washer/dryer in unit. Open and spacious living area with TV, WIFI and dedicated workspace/desk. Well appointed kitchen (need anything? Just ask!!), dining area, local coffee and tea available. Games and books. Heated fan in bathroom. Comfy queen bed, black out curtains.

This is an efficiency unit in a 4plex, queen size bed, 12 foot ceiling, shower stall, internet, desk and chair, small kitchenette with sink, smaller fridge/freezer, air fryer, microwave . It is on the ground level. We are close to town, 30 minutes from Hatchers pass, lots of hiking, golf 5 minutes away, local breweries. We work hard to give a safe clean environment to stay so please no smoking or pets. (At this time late check out or early check in is not available sorry for any inconvenience

Quaint stay in heart of Wasilla

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Close to downtown Wasilla and only minutes away from restaurants. Take a 30 min drive to the top of Hatcher’s Pass and visit the Independence Mine and take a scenic drive over to Willow. Take a 1 hr drive to Talkeetna. Or go the opposite direction 1.5 hrs to Matanuska Glacier and take a guided tour out on the glacier! NO SMOKERS please as we live here as well and don’t enjoy the smell of cigarette smoke around our home. Thank you.

Our Cozy Corner Studio Apartment is centrally located in Wasilla yet offers a quiet retreat for individuals and small families. View of the Chugach Mountains is superb from the property although limited from this basement, studio apartment. Close to: Iditarod Headquarters, Lake Lucille Park (dog park)& two drive thru coffee huts. A short drive to shopping, dining, and entertainment. Also close to the Menard Center which hosts many events. Host family and pets live fulltime at this residence.

This duplex is minutes away from the gas station, coffee shop, our historic Palmer town & 10 minutes from Hatcher Pass, a great place for snowboard & skiing in the winter and hiking & berry picking in the summer.

Stormy Hill Retreat

Bring your hiking boots, swim fins or computer! We are surrounded by the Talkeetna and Chugach mountains on Gooding Lake; this central location is north on the Trunk Rd between Palmer and Wasilla, and close to Hatcher Pass, and Matanuska Glacier This quiet retreat has 5G, a FULL kitchen, laundry and is perfect for refreshing yourself in Alaska. Gooding Lake has a small sandy beach and float plane access. The canoe & kayaks are free to use.. Guests must walk up a full flight of steps.

Blue Ice Aviation Lounge

We call this the "Blue Ice Aviation Lounge". It is a private upstairs apartment in my hangar. The Lounge is modern, cozy, Alaskan, and very comfortable with a slight aviation theme. We have Skeetawk ski area, and the Government Peak Recreation Area within 15 min. GPRA has lighted ski trails and biking. This apartment has two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a living area with a treadmill! The apartment sits on a beautiful 5 acre plot of land between a river and a mountain! Our yard showcases a beach access AND a private trail to a small waterfall! Our property frequently sees moose and other wildlife so be on the lookout! We have an outdoor fire pit with complementary wood for guests. *Open to host weddings and parties on the property for an additional fee!*
