There is swimming, surfing, fishing, paddle boarding, and miles of endless beach at your door step. This spectacular 2 story house with breath taking views sits directly on Misquamicut Beach. Beach Front Sunset Cottage

Sunset Cottage is half of our Beach Front Sunnyside Duplex The cottage shares both the beach front deck and back covered porch with the Surise side of the duplex. The walls are very thin and noise tends to travel between the sides of the duplex very easily. We ask our guest to provide their own linens or guests can purchase a linens package. The house does not have a driveway therefore parking passes can be purchased for an additional fee. AC window units are in the upstairs bedrooms only.
