We are located 10 minutes from Black Moshannon State Park, and only 25 minutes from Penn State Beaver Stadium. Guests are provided with breakfast items for the duration of their stay.

Nestled along the famous Little Juniata river this newly renovated house still holds its older country charm. The cottage has a semi private setting on a large country lot providing scenic views. The cabin is located only 20 miles from Penn State University, making it the ideal place to stay while attending events at University Park. Nestled between Bald Eagle State Park and Black Moshannon State Park, this is the perfect getaway for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the great outdoors. Firewood (for the firepit) is included.

Cottage in Warriors Mark

Our Cottage was originally the Barber shop here in Warriors Mark. It was eventually converted into an efficiency apartment. I completely renovated the Cottage over the summer of 2024. The space is very comfortable and inviting with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The space is perfect for a couple. The loveseat easily converts to a full size bed 51x72 inches. It is comfortable for one adult or 2 children. Close to fishing: Little Juniata, Spruce Creek, Raystown Lake.

Located within 30 minutes of downtown State College, the cabin has historic charm, modern amenities, and plenty of private outdoor space to relax. With three bedrooms, two full baths, fully stocked kitchen, multiple living areas and outdoor dining areas, the cabin has plenty of space for everyone. Very strict NO SMOKING rule.

Little Stone Cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Originally built as a carriage house in 1820 along with the adjoining stone home and a second stone building originally used as an out kitchen. This rustic cottage has been tastefully modernized and has a queen sized bed, full size refrigerator/freezer, gas range, large screen TV, heat pump that supplies air conditioning and heat, hot water shower and outside grille and fire pit.

Sauna & Cabin (*3 season: winter water turned off)

Our cabin is full of luxury & serenity. Combine the peace and meditative beauty of the forest WITHOUT the roughing it, just a jaunt away from Happy Valley, walking distance to C.B. McCann, 25 minutes to Juniata college. The handcrafted sauna easily accommodates 4 people.
