From the moment you walk in, this historic home (built in 1939) envelopes you with its charm. Enjoy Original hardwoods, two bedrooms (one with a king, the other, a queen size bed), three smart TV’s, broadband WIFI and a fully equipped kitchen to make those amazing dinners you can enjoy in the dining room or breakfast nook! Washer and dryer in basement. Fireplace is NOT useable-just for show! Security features include ADT, ring & keypad entry. Close to park, hospital & interstate.

We look forward to welcoming you to a private suite that is the guest quarters in our home. You’ll have a private entrance & 3 rooms to yourself. There’s a living room with a table and chairs, a bedroom with a queen-size bed - nightstands, dresser and closet space with hangers for your use - and a newly remodeled full bathroom. There’s also a kitchenette in the hallway which is an antique Hoosier Cabinet equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee pot, and hot water pot.

This spacious, newly renovated carriage house comfortably sleeps 4. Private entrance leads to a meticulously cleaned, peaceful abode- only 10 minutes to downtown Indy!! Enjoy walks with a cup of coffee to take in all of Historic Irvington, or simply relax in this quiet retreat and enjoy the only table shuffleboard in a private rental in all of Indianapolis! A fully stocked kitchen allows for longer stays. We offer no-contact check-in, but we are nearby to help out if needed.

This is a one bedroom duplex with a living room, eat-in kitchen which is fully stocked, and another small lounging area in the basement. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. Very close to public transportation, or a $10 to $20 Uber or Lyft to downtown and most attractions in the area. Restaurants, coffee shops, brewery all within walking distance. Persons of all backgrounds are welcome.
