This is a small space for 3 adults. This is our own home in which the studio apartment is above the garage. This was added for our daughter who attended a local college. She live there for 5 years while attending college.

Our place is centrally located 16 miles to Falmouth, 12 miles to Hyannis, 5 miles to shopping at Mashpee Commons, 6-9 miles to local beaches, 2-3 miles to groceries,restaurants and gas, 8 miles to the Sagamore Bridge, and 15 minutes to the Bourne Bridge.

3rd fl Waterfront Oak Bluffs Harbor Penthouse- Sleeps 2 comfortably-3 in a pinch. (356sqft) . Queen bed & a reclining futon couch. With kitchenette & amazing harbor views, you cannot get closer to harbor, unless you fell in. Located above a seasonal restaurant, with 5 open air restaurants (2 on each side, & were in the middle with our restaurant Lobsterville Bar & Grille below)
