Leith Hill Tiny House is a home away from home for anyone looking to relax & unwind, surrounded by gorgeous scenery & mountain views. Relax with a good book on the day bed or a coffee or a wine on the front deck; and then finish off the evening getting toasty by the outdoor fire watching the sun set over the mountains. You can pat our friendly cows, see the new lambs, get a visit from our resident kookaburras, king parrots, rosellas & cockies during your stay- or even a wombat on some nights!

Treetops at Warburton truly is a magical place. Our 3 bedroom plus studio (4th bedroom option on request ) is nestled high in the ferns with daily visits from cockatoos,kookaburras plus more. You will feel a million miles away but only a 1.2 km walk to the shops. Grab an e bike and explore the bike trails, walk the falls, enjoy the local cafes

Yarra Sounds is a stunning 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom period home set within a stone's throw of the Yarra River with clear views of the towering Mount Little Joe. Here, you can take a load off your mind. Relax by the fire or unwind with a drink on the back deck while you listen to the water below and nature above. Located close to the town centre, it's a casual 15-minute walk along the River Trail, over the historic Swing Bridge to Warburton's strip of cafes, restaurants, and antique stores.

Little House on the Hill

The Little House on the Hill at the eastern end of Warburton overlooks the chooks, the veggie patch, the orchard and across the valley to gorgeous 270° views. It is next door to the Big House, set on an acre that slopes down to the Yarra River. A great swimming spot on hot days and a good way to access the town and the rail trail (five minutes there, maybe ten minutes return - uphill). There are plenty of lovely walks nearby including the Aqueduct Trail that starts further up the hill.

Your family and friends will be close to everything wonderful Warburton and surrounds has to offer in our centrally located home. Nestled off the street with mountain views and sounds of the teeming Yarra to welcome you. The famous Warburton Trail is a stone's throw away providing easy access to the local pub (5 min walk), the town centre (8 min walk) and Water World (12 min bike). We are family friendly and can provide a portacot, bassinet and change table to make your stay easy!

Warburton Bingarra Lodge: stunning views and deck!

Bingarra Lodge is a cosy and leafy sanctuary located a short walk or ride to Warburton's main street with ample indoor and outdoor space for relaxing and entertaining. You will feel removed from busy life while remaining close to walking and cycling trails and all the amenities you may need. You'll have full access to the space and property, and I can be reached for any assistance. The property is cleaned top to bottom before every check-in and stocked with fresh linens and towels.

With breathtaking views overlooking Mount Victoria, this 1950s home has been lovingly restored and modernised into an open plan, bright space. Only a few minutes walk to the Main Street of Warburton, you can stroll into town or just sit on the large deck and listen to the many birds in the surrounding trees. An open kitchen with German appliances, a wood heater for cozy nights and a king bed for watching the many cloud formations that drift by makes this getaway so memorable.
