Hand built construction by Mark who felled each tree from our own land and built this cabin literally with his own two hands. The wrap around deck we call "Sally's Deck". Hurricane Sally provided the wood when she deposited a pile of docks on our Ft Morgan property. The natural wood interior is lovely! One of a kind!

This home sits on a very private point lot with 700 feet of water frontage. It was designed for multiple families with kids. The view is absolutely spectacular with water on 3 sides and views from almost every room in the house. It is roughly 3,000 square feet and has a additional 2,100 square feet of balconies and decks. There are two great rooms, one for the adults and a second for the kids. The upstairs has 20' vaulted ceilings throughout.

Bring your dog and come checkout this peaceful lake cottage. 2 bedroom 1 bath with a large living room with two couches and 2 recliners. Screened in front porch and gated back porch to keep your pup safe. Hot tub to relax in after catching the big one right off the floating dock. The only pets we allow are dogs without specific written authorization.
