Welcome to THE PALMS Studio Kerikeri. Nestled among stunning private gardens surrounded by beautiful palm trees. You will be able to relax around the pool,or if you are feeling a little more energetic,you can play a round of tennis or a game of Petanque. We are located close to the Stone Store, Rainbow Falls, Charlies Rock and the shopping centre The Studio is a quiet and relaxing spot where you can just kick back and enjoy the space or a great location to base yourself if exploring Northland.

Tiny House Sanctuary Chalet in parklike grounds

This fully self-contained chalet (3km from central Kerikeri) has a magical tranquil setting with wide glass doors opening out onto a beautiful private garden. The Chalet (the main accommodation) has one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, lounge and laundry, but there is also a separate bedroom (with its own toilet) which opens off the chalet carpark for those wanting more space. Smart TV, Netflix, Wi-Fi. Close to the TeAroha Trail. Adventure, rest, relax, or come for a romantic getaway, you choose.

Pōhutukawa Cottage, waters edge, Tapuwaetahi

Pōhutukawa Cottage is the perfect spot for a solo retreat or romantic getaway. This beautifully renovated cottage offers direct access to Tapuwaetahi Beach, with the tranquil lagoon just steps away. Thoughtful styling, French linen sheets, luxury towels, and elevated coastal decor set the scene for an intimate and relaxing escape. Enjoy peaceful beach walks, dive into water sports, or simply unwind on the sun-drenched deck. Ideally located for exploring the natural beauty of Te Tai Tokerau.

Totara House

Totara House is located in attractive and peaceful surroundings and is walking distance to Kerikeri, Stone Store and Rainbow Falls. The location makes it the perfect base to explore some of the amazing beaches, walks and activities in the Bay of Islands and further North. In Kerikeri check out the local Saturday market or buy wine, fruit, cheese and chocolate from local producers around Kerikeri. Kerikeri town centre is 5 minutes away by car and has supermarkets, post office all you need.

Shepherds Shack

The cottage is private, with own entrance. Set on 3 acres of pasture, overlooking native bush with a river, waterfall and swimming hole. Feed our Wiltshire sheep. BBQ, portacot highchair available. Air conditioning. Situated 10 minutes from Kerikeri township and 5 minutes to shopping centre in Waipapa. Vineyard Glamping Russell - The Syrah Shack

Hidden inside native bush is our glamping hut named 'the syrah shack', which is nestled behind our syrah vines. The location is 10 minutes out of Russell township, in the Bay of Islands. You will have a vineyard, cellar door and eatery 1km from the hut. Escape your worries and get off the grid in our eco retreat. Enjoy the luxury of a super king bed and the serenity of an outdoor camping style kitchen, hot shower, composting toilet and the best bit is an outdoor bath for two!!

Top House - unrivalled views and privacy

The Top House, so named because of its location, with 270 degree views, has unrivalled privacy, and it's own helipad. This recently renovated 3 bedroom house is located on 330 acres of private farmland. The house has been finished to a high standard, with excellent amenities, including hot tub with amazing views, outdoor dining and lounge spaces on 360 degree decks, WiFi, two TVs, heaps of parking, modern kitchen and luxury bathrooms, and comfortable stylish furniture throughout.

Country Cottage

The Cottage has been completely refurbished in 2016, retaining some of its charming features with up-dated modern facilities, and is fully self contained. Sleeping arrangements for up to 8 people. Set amidst a half hectare of park like surroundings, orchards and fields. Located 2 km north of Waipapa. Ideally situated for access to restaurants, galleries, country markets, beaches, walkways, historic places, crafts, water sports, native forests, theatres and the Bay of Islands.

Waikotare is an ideal 'Home' base to visit the Bay of Islands and beyond - or corporate traveller. Your suite is one end of a long country house, with separate easy access, covered parking and private deck (bbq available) with lovely view. A continental breakfast is included with your stay.

FishMore Cottage

This spacious, self standing and self contained one bedroom cottage is very privately located within our organic citrus orchard just 5km outside of Kerikeri town. It's double glazing, full insulation, mosquito screens and heat pump/aircon give it the perfect setting to relax or to explore the Bay of Islands. Our pool, friendly farm animals and luscious gardens and orchard make it a perfect place for children and adults alike.

Conifer Cottage - a quiet slice of paradise

Conifer Cottage, 8 km from Kerikeri village is a very spacious and comfortable self catering retreat that features a kitchenette, separate bathroom and laundry, large bedroom/lounge and a veranda including a bbq for enjoying outdoor meals. All of this overlooking a peaceful garden. Very easy self check in/check out process - key is in the door. No cleaning fee. EV vehicles: charging by request. Fast and reliable wifi.
