This studio is attached to our home, although it's completely separate and you'll have complete privacy.

No loud traffic noise, just hens quietly clucking, the occasional baa of sheep or a farm dog doing its work. Yet you're only 15 minutes from the city of Whangarei with its cafes and restaurants, the world-famous Hundertwasser Museum, the Clapham Clock Museum and the fantastic range of boutique shops and food outlets at the Town Basin.

A short drive from Whangarei, this modern cottage is set within an avocado orchard. It is sunny, warm and quiet, providing a calm and relaxing environment away from the urban hustle. The cottage is fully self-contained and suitable for short or longer term stays. It is ideally situated for day trips to the Kauri forests near Dargaville and to Northland's stunning Bay of Islands and further north. Day trips to nearby beaches are a must, particularly in the warmer months.

It has a kitchenette with fridge, hotplates, microwave and a small oven . The spacious deck is prefect for outdoor dining. Relax and enjoy the rural views or head out and explore the area. Waipu township just 10 mins away. Waipu Cove and Uretiti beaches 15-20 mins. Waipu Caves and Piroa Fall are definitely worth a visit too.
