Our comfortable apartment is positioned right by the golf course with very pretty views of the surrounding mountains. Otematata is little town with easy access to lakes Benmore, Aviemore and Waitaki ,a short walk through stunning wetlands to the lake for fishing and swimming. It has an abundance of walking and cycling trails, a country Golf Club, Bowling club and A2O Cycle trail. A fully stocked On the Spot shop, park for the kids & tennis court is at walking distance from the apartment.

Otematata is a great place to have a base camp with wanaka, mount cook, tekapo all within 2 hours of a scenic drive away. The apartment has been refurbished with a new kitchenette & bathroom, double glazing and interior upgrade.
