The Wetlands Walkway and the Alps 2 Ocean cycle trail are on the doorstep. This is a one bedroom unit with a queen bed and free parking. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a portable stove top. A pay laundry is close by. Dogs are welcome guests. The views from ‘The Pad’ are simply breathtaking.

On your doorstep is two beautiful lakes used for fishing, boating, swimming, picnics & relaxing. Otematata is a great place to have a base camp with wanaka, mount cook, tekapo all within 2 hours of a scenic drive away. Twizel, Oahu skifeld, and the well known wrinkly ram in omarama 20 minutes away

Unit A5, Waitaki Lakes Apartments is a one bedroom fully serviced apartment in idyllic surroundings on the edge of the Otematata Golf Course with the Alps2Ocean cycle trail, walking trails and wetland areas nearby. The apartment has been refurbished with a new kitchenette & bathroom, double glazing and interior upgrade. Please note that I am not on site but please message anytime if you have any queries or need anything. This is our holiday home so please be mindful of this.

Just a one minute walk to cafes, shops and the town centre, this three bedroom (2 rooms with queen beds and one bunk - double bed with single on top) is family friendly or great for those on the bike trails. A nice large kitchen and comfortable lounge with TV, Wi-Fi, fireplace and a large heat pump that heats the whole house. The garage can be available on request for E-bike charging.
