Our modern home is 15 minutes from Taupō yet feels like a private hideaway. Quiet and secluded, it looks out to Lake Taupō and Mount Ruapehu, with stunning sunsets. Ideal year-round, it has outdoor areas with BBQ, large windows and a double-sided fireplace. Whakaipo Bay is 5 minutes away for swimming or walking, with plenty of bush tracks nearby. Not suitable for children. Hairdryer, toiletries and iron not provided (sorry guests keep taking them and it’s to hard to constantly replace).

A quiet haven off the main road, only 100 mtrs easy walk to beach reserve and fishing. Enjoy the birdsong, sunrise and daytime hours in the shady, tropical garden at the rear of the house with its generous outdoor seating and dining facilities, and take in the sunset from the deck and coastal garden in the front of the house.

This is a perfect location to chill and do nothing or discover the endless attractions the Bay of Plenty has to offer. Honeymooners enjoy a private, idyllic getaway with starry nights in the outdoor baths with a glass of wine (Robes supplied), which can be used all year round.
