We live on site with our Daughter and dogs Russell & River and love hosting guests from around the world. 5 minutes from the heart of Te Awamutu and 30 minutes from Hamilton, we are central to all things Waikato. The cottage suits a couple and in the lounge is a sofa bed for a third guest. If there is only two of you and you require the sofa bedding please let us know at booking. Close by is Muriwai Beach with its gannet colony and surfing, also the magnificent Kaipara Harbour, Woodhill and Riverhead forests.
