Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Our studio apartment 4+1 is located on the 2nd floor of our family house and provides a free parking.It consists of a big bright bedroom with a king size bed with an additional bed,a second bedroom with three separate beds,a full equipped kitchen with dinning-space,a private bathroom plus an additional toilet and a beautiful balconies which overlook the roofs of Rovinj and have sea-view.Every bedroom and the kitchen have their own balcony.The apartment has free WiFi,TV and Air condition.

U kući žive domaćini na gornjem katu, međutim ne koriste nikakve sadržaje okućnice i svi sadržaji kao što su sezonski bazen, roštilj, stolni nogomet, pikado, terasa za sunčanje i prostor za opuštanje isključivo na raspolaganju gostima. U blizini se nalaze manji marketi, restorani i kafići.

The rustic stone house, approximately 115 years old, was renovated in 2003. Our passion for connecting with guests and the opportunity to offer rentals drives us to new challenges each year. The house accommodates 4 people and also has a sofa for an additional 2 guests. The pool is exclusively for guests' use, as is the parking. Wi-Fi is also available. The nearest beach, Rabac, is 20 minutes away.

My apartment is in the heart of the city. You have one minute to the first bus stop, markets and more. Amphitheater Arena is 10 minutes away from apartment and also the famous beach near the town Verudela is about 5 km.. The apartment sizes range is 25 m². Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. Guests get free of charge use of the towels and linens. On arrival you will receive a keys.

Na prvom katu se nalazi jedna soba s bračnim krevetom i s vlastitom kupaonicom, dok se na drugom katu nalaze dvije dodatne spavaće sobe i još jedna kupaonica.
