It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Capacity 2+2, size 42 m2, with a large fenced yard and a swimming pool. Located on the ground floor in a family house in a quiet street; newly built and is fully equipped and furnished. The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.

New apartment for 4 persons is located on the 2 nd floor of a residential building, with total area of 45 square meters. It consists of a balcony, a living room, kitchen and dining room(located in the same room), 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, kitchen cloths, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. Apartment is also equipped with internet, satellite TV and air conditioning.

Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. Inside is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa. In the back of the house we have common dining and BBQ area and outside shower to enjoy.

Apartman se nalazi u idiličnom mjestu Vrbnik na otoku Krku. U prostoru od 100 m kvadratnih koji je renoviran 2018.g. sačuvani su autentični detalji iz doba gradnje kuće iz 1929.g. Velika natkrivena terasa s pogledom na more i s ljetnom kuhinjom i roštiljem pruža mogućnost za zajedničko druženje. Do plaže, restorana i starog grada stiže se ugodnom šetnjom ( udaljenost 150 m). U apartmanu se nalazi još jedna kuhinja s perilicom suđa. Apartman ima samostalan ulaz.

Kuća Luce je prekrasna mediteranska kamena kuća kompletno preuređena prije par godina s puno ljubavi i pažnje. Vlasnica je pazila na svaki detalj te kuća odiše tradicijom, kreativnošću i ugodnom atmosferom. Nalazi se na mirnoj lokaciji ali blizu svega. Proteže se kroz dvije etaže i može primiti do 4 osobe. Ispred kuće gosti mogu uživati ​​na terasi s pergolom i vrtnim namještajem. Besplatno privatno parkiralište je udaljeno cca. 100 m.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.

Studio apartment for two. Set in a quiet area of Crikvenica. 15 minute walk away from the nearest beach. The property features free Wi-Fi, free private parking, grill, air conditioning,and satellite TV. Air-condition ( cooling-heating) 5 euro per day. The prices are valid just for current year.
