The apartment is located in the heart of Opatija in an old Villa. Right next to all the beaches and parks. The main beach of Opatija is only 50 meters away. Everything you need is within few hundred meters. It is quiet part of the center and the most beautiful. It is also right next to the main street and next to all the restaurants and bars. The best location. Apartment is well acquiped with everything (air conditions, etc..) Parking is secured for one vehicle, right next to the apartment.

Kuća Antonio je prekrasno renovirana kamena kuća na jedinstvenoj lokaciji u starom djelu Vrbnika. Ima 3 spavaće sobe pa može primiti 6-7 osoba, a proteže se kroz 4 etaže. Kuća se zapravo sastoji od 2 odvojene jedinice - od jednog apartmana za 4 osobe koji se proteže na 3 etaže i jedne spavaće sobe za 2-3 osobe u prizemlju. Soba u prizemlju ima poseban ulaz i vanjskim stepenicama je povezana s ostatkom kuće. Ova kamena kuća na odličnoj lokaciji šarmirati će Vas na prvi pogled!

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
