A spacious terrace fitted with sunbeds and parasols as well as a private seasonal outdoor swimming pool is at your disposal, which makes this place ideal for a nice and relaxing family or friends' vacation. You also have access to BBQ facilities and an outdoor dining area. Free Wi-fi is available throughout the property. Private parking is provided, reservation is not needed. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are at your disposal. Luggage storage is possible prior to check-in. A baby cot is available upon request.

Enjoy your meal on the balcony with natural pine shade. You can experience occasional famous wind Bura that makes our sea clean and has proven respiratory benefits.

Senj is interesting for guests traveling to Dalmatia, the Dalmatian islands and Dubrovnik, so they can take a break halfway.

Posebni dio čini velika terasa na kojoj se nalazi vrtni namještaj i kameni roštilj koji svi gosti mogu koristiti.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
