Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend – ein Ort der Erholung. Partys oder laute Feiern sind daher nicht erlaubt, damit die besondere Atmosphäre und das gute Miteinander mit den Nachbarn gewahrt bleiben.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Der große Balkon, sowie der chillige Grillgarten, der zu Eurer alleinigen Benutzung ist, lädt egal ob nach einer Skitour im Winter, einer tollen Wanderung oder einem grandiosen Biketag im Sommer, zum verweilen ein. Geniesst den Ausblick in die grandiose Bergwelt.

Genießen Sie von der großzügigen Terrasse den atemberaubenden Ausblick auf eine einmalige Bergkulisse. Skifahrer können in den schneereichen Monaten direkt von der Haustür auf die Skipiste fahren. In den Sommermonaten können Sie direkt von der Wohnung loswandern.
