Mountain cottage overlooking the sea

On the lushly green Mount Pelion, in an authentic village, our house combines access to the sea (10 km) and ski resort area (7 kms). It can serve as a base for walking or driving to the many pictureque villages and beaches of this mountain. The house includes a garden with shady trees, also cherries and apricots in their season, and is only two minutes away from a mini market, restaurant, pharmacie and the wonderful square. Fully equipped and provided with maps and books about the region.

Anavros Deck

Anavros Deck is situated on the seafront. It has a panoramic view to the sea and Volos' port. It is a walking distance to the center of the city along the esplanade and by the beautiful old park of Volos. It is also a few minutes walk to the Archaeological Museum of Volos, parks and playgrounds, great eating places, coffee shops and Anavros beach. Volos is a beautiful place to visit and an ideal basis for your summer and winter excursions to traditional Pelion villages and amazing beaches!

I spent three years renovating this house and now it is ready! The house is located in a walking distance from the beach of Volos and from the center. It is outside Greek style, but inside Scandinavian. All the rooms have aircondition. Because it is in the end of an alley the place is very peaceful. You can experience an authentic Greek neighbourhood! Unfortunately not any kind of pets are allowed because my family also uses the house and we have seviere allergies.

Last but not least the beautiful beaches of Pelion are located in 31km. from Portaria.
