Otvorena - zatvorena terasa sa pogledom na grad, pruža najlepši pogled na zalazak sunca i ima 35 sedećih mesta, sa kompletno opremljenom kuhinjom, roštiljem, ozvučenjem i toaletom. Vila Fina je kuća za uživanje. Nalazi se na samoj obali Dunava, u mestu Čerević, udaljena 20 km od Novog Sada, na samom obodu Nacionalnog parka Fruška Gora. Vila raspolaže sa dvorišnim komotnim parkingom od 10 mesta. Na obali je dostupan splav, pa se tako u Dunavu može uživati od izuzetnog pogleda, preko pecanja pa do vožnje gliserom. U letnjem periodu, ne bi trebalo propustiti sportove na vodi, poput skijanja i vuče u gumi ili na "ajkuli".

Nismo samo mesto za boravak – mi smo vaše novo iskustvo. Otvoreni smo i za razne vrste proslava, kako otvorenog, tako i zatvorenog tipa. Kapacitet unutrašnjosti kuće je do 20 osoba, dok sa prostranim dvorištem možemo ugostiti do 50 ljudi.
