Our guesthouse consists of 4 identical studios with lots of privacy. Each studio has a comfortable double boxspring bed, 2 walk-in wardrobes, ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchenette and airconditioning. Outside each studio has a large covered veranda and a open terrace with 2 sunbeds. The fresh & healthy breakfast as included is served in the communal garden, where you can also find an outdoor shower and hammock. The sandy beach and taverna are just few minutes walking away.

Très belle vue sur la baie de NAVARINO depuis la terrasse de 4mX8m, piscine de 3m X 3m.(Non sécurisée) L’appartement construit en 2022, tout le confort, double vitrage, climatisation, ventilation mécanique, wc japonnais. Commerces et place principale à 10 mn à pieds. Baignade dans la magnifique baie de Pylos à 15mn à pieds. Nombreuses plages à moins de 30mn en voiture. Golf international de NAVARINO à 20 mn.

Character stone cottage house

A small stone house amidst olive trees situated in a large private property with amazing sea view where guests can find peace and quietness. The house is of walking distance to a beautiful sea and to the village where our guests can enjoy both the crystal clear beaches and the various restaurants, coffee shops and events . While staying with us they will be able to also enjoy some of our organic fruits and vegetables, home made goat cheese, fresh eggs, olive oil and olives.

Πρόκειται για μια σουίτα επισκεπτών (22τμ), 150μ από την θάλασσα, χώρος ανεξάρτητος από την υπόλοιπη μονοκατοικία, με χώρο στάθμευσης, μεγάλη αυλή (συνήθως έχει γκαζον),καρέκλες και ξαπλώστρες. Διαθέτει μπαλκονόπορτα ασφαλείας με κλειδαριά, σίτες και απεριόριστη θέα στη θάλασσα και στη νήσο Πρώτη. Η σουίτα είναι το ένα απο τα δυο μέρη της μονοκατοικίας, τα οποία είναι προς ενοικίαση. Είναι κατάλληλο για 2 άτομα και 1 βρέφος (δωρεάν σε παρκορεβατο)

Στούντιο με θέα τον Μεσσηνιακό κόλπο και τους πρόποδες του Ταΰγετου. Κατάλληλο για καλοκαιρινές διακοπές αφού βρίσκεται στην παραλία Καλαμάτας! Με τη θάλασσα ακριβώς δίπλα και πολλές επιλογές για φαγητό, καφέ και ποτό. Το κέντρο της πόλης βρίσκεται σε κοντινή απόσταση (στάση λεωφορείου ακριβώς έξω από το σπίτι). Ιδανικό για ζευγάρια και μοναχικούς επισκέπτες. Παρέχονται δωρεάν δυο ποδήλατα για βόλτες στον ποδηλατόδρομο της πόλης.

The place is part of a two house building. On the upper house you will find the owners of the farm (our parents) and the lower house is the one that will be available for the entirety of your stay. Each house has a separate entrance and the courtyard is available to everyone. There is ample parking space as the house is located within an olive grove.
