Take a ride down Thornburgh Drive and find this cute little remodeled 1950s home located right between beautiful La Prele and Washington Parks. It is within walking distance by just a few blocks to either of the parks, the movie theater, and the University of Wyoming. Coming for a football game? You can easily walk to the stadium in just a few minutes, or enjoy any of the events that the Laramie area has to offer throughout the year.

Private Cottage

Our Cottage is free standing, located away from other buildings on our property. The cottage is great for a getaway, close to the mountains, town. 3 miles to Old Town, 1 mile to the foothills. It's quiet, peaceful with a country feel, yet close to many wonderful adventures. Great room appeal with a large screen TV, DVD player and queen size sofa sleeper. Full size washer/dryer in the large bathroom. Parking is next to the cottage. There is a wood burning stove and we will provide the wood.

The Carriage House is a lovely studio-styled space, located in the tree area of Laramie, near a large park, and within walking distance of our historic downtown! Enjoy the heated floors throughout the entire home while you relax in comfort. It features stained concrete floors with in-floor heating, a full-use kitchen, kitchen table, a small couch, king-size bed, and a full bathroom. There are locks on both doors and street side parking is free and available. There is smart TV available.

Welcome to the Blue Sky Suite, 1 block from the UW campus and 4 blocks to the stadium. The suite contains a full bathroom, well-furnished kitchenette with full-sized refrigerator, coffee bar, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, breakfast options, & coffee bar. Enjoy the spacious bedroom/ living area. Laundry available by request. You'll be very comfortable in this light-filled downstairs space. Best for: adult travelers. Walk to the river trail, grocery store, bakery, pizza joint, popular Swing Station, frisbee golf course, or the Tapestry House wedding venue- this is the place! Perfect location to hop on the paved river trail with a bike and brewery hop in Fort Collins, explore Lory State Park, raft the Poudre River, float in Horsetooth Reservoir, and rock climb in the canyon. It is a quiet place located right outside of Fort Collins.
