Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist 3 Gehminuten von Bushaltestelle und Dorfzentrum entfernt. Pfalzen ist gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsverbindungen angebunden, alle 30 Minuten gibt es eine Busverbindung nach Bruneck. Die Wohnung hat 3 Schlafzimmer, einen großzügigen Wohn- Essbereich, Bad und Tages WC und eine große Terrasse.

The two-storey chalet "Chalet Henne - Hochgruberhof" is built of natural materials and measures 70 m2.

Our aparment is located in St. Georgen/San Giorgio, 2 km from Bruneck/Brunico. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (accessible via stairs), is very quiet, with a beautiful view.
