Ovaj moderni smještaj površine 100m2 savršen je odabir za četiri osobe. Sastoji se od dvije spavaće sobe s bračnim krevetima, kupaonom s kadom i tuš kabinom, wc-om, dnevnim boravkom, kuhinjom s blagovaonom te terasom od 11m2. Stan je u potkrovlju obiteljske kuće te je moderno uređen. U sklopu smještaja dolazi veliki TV s Playstation-om 4, četiri klima uređaja, perilicom posuđa, perilicom rublja, indukcijskom pločom, pećnicom te frižiderom side-by-side, parkingom te grill-om u sklopu dvorišta.

Capacity 2+2, size 42 m2, with a large fenced yard and a swimming pool. Located on the ground floor in a family house in a quiet street; newly built and is fully equipped and furnished. The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.

BELLEVUE APARTMANI DRAMALJ - A2

Our house is located in the peaceful part of Dramalj, near the main road Jadranska magistrala, what makes it very easy to find. Also, the uninterrupted beautiful sea view, which you can enjoy from our apartment and every corner of the garden and terraces, will transfer you to a vacation mode ASAP. Nearest beachs (rocks/pebbles, larger rock fragments ) are only 10-15minutes walk from the house, but, return could take a bit longer up hill :). There is a parking lot close to the beach also.

Stone villa with swimming pool

This stone villa was built in 1893. and renovated in 2021. It consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and it can accommodate up to 6 persons. On the groundfloor there is kitchen with a dining area. On the first floor there is spacious living room with TV, 2 bathrooms and 1 bedroom. 2 bedrooms are in the loft. There is a small gym in the groundfloor with bathroom. Outdoors you will find a covered terrace with outdoor kitchen, barbecue, dining area and a Jacuzzi in the middle of the garden.

Apartman Lea, big app 4 + 1

The apartment is located between Novi Vinodolski and Selce, its in a very quiet area so you can relax and injoy your vacation. The beach in located in Novi Vinodolski or Selce and its about 5 km away. If you want sandy beach, there is Crikvenica and its about 10 km away from the apartment. We have a grill area with a stone table and wooden benches were you can eat or just relax and have a cold drink. There is alot of room for parking and its just a few meters from the apartment.

Holiday house Marea

Holiday house Marea smjestena je u malom mjestu Bribiru, 6 km od Crikvenice i 5 minuta voznje od Novog Vinodolskog. U 150m2 smjestene su 3 klimatizirane sobe, 2 kupaone, moderno opremljena kuhinja i dnevni boravak. Na raspolaganju je u sklopu kupaone infracrvena sauna za potpuni relax. Zatvoreni tip dvorišta osigurava potpuni osjećaj slobode i privatnosti. Osim velikog bazena i roštilja, posebno smo mislili na naše najmlađe pa se u dvorištu nalazi i sadržaj za djecu.

Ova prostrana kuća za odmor nudi udoban smještaj za 12 osoba i nalazi se na mirnom mjestu udaljenom 900 m od centra grada i mora. S pogledom na prirodu s jedne strane i predivnim pogledom na more s druge strane, gosti će uživati u spektakularnom krajoliku tijekom boravka. Kuća je dizajnirana s naglaskom na udobnost i opuštanje, a unutrašnjost je prostrana i moderno uređena. Veliki prozori omogućuju obilje prirodnog svjetla te pružaju spektakularne poglede na okolicu.

House is 10 minutes of driving from closest beach and in proximity to islands of Krk, Cres and Rab. Several nationals parks like Brijuni, Risnjak and Plitvice lakes are within 1-2 hours of driving. Climbing, paragliding, cycling and other activities can be found in area. Spend lovely vacation with your family and friends in Mediterranean house.

Unatoč centralnoj lokaciji, kuća se nalazi u mirnom dijelu, samo 3 minute hoda od plaže. Okružena zelenilom, idealna je za grupe do 9 osoba, obitelji i prijatelje (s manjim kućnim ljubimcima). Nudi prekrasan pogled na more, grijani jacuzzi, vrt s roštiljem, natkrivenu terasu i vanjsku kuhinju. Tu su i mreža za ležanje, ležaljke, dječja oprema, Wi-Fi, smart TV, klima u svim prostorijama, biljar, pikado i radni kutak. Uključena su i dva privatna parkirna mjesta.

Dream villa with pool, sauna, tennis - VinodolSun

The renovated farmhouse "Villa Vallis" (150m²) has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the upper floor. On the ground floor is the living room with a fireplace and the interior kitchen, which is fully furnished to a high standard. The entire villa is air conditioned / heated. There is a covered, shady inner courtyard (60m²) with an outdoor kitchen and an open grill fireplace, which can also turn motor-driven suckling pigs.

There is a big garden all around the house and and is full of flowers and mediterranean plants. Amazing view! A slightly different holiday home that guarantees an escape from everyday life.
