Our house is located only 70 meters from the beach and 5 minutes walk from the village center. Surrounding is peaceful with pine forest right next to the house. You’ll love our place because of the location, the ambiance, and the neighborhood. We recommend it especially for couples and families looking forward to a beautiful, relaxing and romantic holiday. And once you come here you don't have to worry about extra costs... taxes, final cleaning, parking, AC, WiFi are included in the price! ;-)

Vous pourrez visiter Pula, Rovinj, Porec, Lovran et Opatija, Plitvice, l'ile de krk (pont) et Mali Losing ou Cres.

Uživajte u ovom jedinstvenom i novo uređenom apartmanu, udaljenom do prve plaže 600 m pješice. Apartman se nalazi na uzvisini. Podijeljen je u dvije zasebne jedinice, svaka je veličine 40-ak metara kvadratnih. Nemaju unutarnju komunikaciju pa je pogodan za odmor parova/prijatelja ili obitelji sa starijom djecom, u kojem svatko ima svoju privatnost. Objekti su povezani vanjskom natkrivenom terasom. Većina marketa i drogerija nalazi se u centru grada, udaljeni su 10-15 min hoda od apartmana.

The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.

This stone villa was built in 1893. and renovated in 2021. It consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and it can accommodate up to 6 persons. On the groundfloor there is kitchen with a dining area. On the first floor there is spacious living room with TV, 2 bathrooms and 1 bedroom. 2 bedrooms are in the loft. There is a small gym in the groundfloor with bathroom. Outdoors you will find a covered terrace with outdoor kitchen, barbecue, dining area and a Jacuzzi in the middle of the garden.

Wireless internet is available in the entire house. The house have private pool (30m2) and outdoor kitchen with dining area.
