Isolated Paradise

This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 60 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.

Our simple, cozy, small 2 bedroom holiday house is 30 m from the beach, secluded & isolated , in a beautiful and quiet location, near the town of Trogir (a Croatian hotspot). There is a huge terrace, next to a mediterranean garden with a BBQ (grill) to enjoy your free time. You have the whole place just for yourselves! You can not come to the house with your car! The parking is free public parking on the street around 35 m away from the house.

Beautiful beach, clear water and promenade make this a perfect place for a family vacation or a romantic getaway. From here you can easily explore some of the nearby sites such as city of Split, Trogir, Šibenik, Krka National park and indulge in the local culture and cuisine, or just spend your time relaxing on the beach.

U njoj ćete zaboraviti na svakodnevni stres i prepustiti se ljetnom užitku. Ljetna popodneva su idealna na zaklonjenoj terasi, uz zvukove mora i šum vjetra. Kuća je samostojeća i jedini ste gosti u njoj.

The whole interior is beautifully decorated incorporated with large amount of sunlight entering during day. Outside the entrance door, there is large yard with roofed fireplace for grill with dining place, garden and balcony (sea view) for sunbathing

Very comfy and a bright space. Apartment has four stars. It is placed in the quiet part of Jelsa, but still really close to the city center. First beach is 2 minutes walk from the apartment. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.
