Casa Loma is a brand new 60 m2 house in Villaverde, surrounded by volcanoes and 15 min drive from the ocean. It offers a patio to eat outside and to relax after the day at the beach. The house is formed by a fully equipped kitchen/living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. On demand the sofa can become a single bed. THE LOCATION We are in Villaverde, a nice authentic village close to the main touristic attractions. Close to some of the best restaurants, there is a bakery and a supermarket at 500m.

Welcome to Finca Botanica! This modern home, completed in 2024, is set on a 3200m² plot in Villaverde, surrounded by a unique botanical garden. The garden features a diverse collection of cacti, succulents, and other drought-tolerant plants native to the Canary Islands. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere as you stroll through the garden or relax on the large terrace with a heated pool. Our tiny house Siempre Feliz "Escanfraga" is designed with great care in 2021. We have used comfort with style and elements of the island. Bakery Mi dulce Hogar is only 50 meters of the house. Several restaurants, the supermarket are 5 minutes walk. By car you reach the beaches of El Cotillo, Corralejo within 10/15 minutes as well the nice layback Lajares. For surfing, hiking, exploring the island and to relax this is the perfect place to make memories. You will feel home away from home!
