Nel residence Geremeas Mare, vicino alla magnifica spiaggia di Geremeas, fra Cagliari e Villasimius, e a circa 35 km dall'aeroporto di Cagliari, il complesso si compone di edifici a tre piani e diversi corpi più piccoli distribuiti nella folta vegetazione mediterranea: appartamento semi indipendente al piano terra con giardino di 1000 mq circa composto da ingresso, salone con camino e divano letto matrimoniale, cucinotto completamente attrezzato, camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno con vasca, veranda con vista mare dove e' possibile anche mangiare all'aperto e si gode di una quiete e di un panorama davvero sensazionali. L'appartamento e' climatizzato (sistema freddo/caldo), dotato di ogni comfort (2 tv con lettore dvd, stereo, 2 a/c, frigorifero con freezer, forno microonde, tostapane, frullatore, ferro con asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, sedie, sdrai e ombrelloni da spiaggia, piccolo barbeque, lavatrice) e DISTA SOLI 5 METRI CIRCA DALLA SPLENDIDA SPIAGGIA DI GEREMEAS, all'interno di un complesso con accesso per i soli residenti. La baia di Geremeas, lunga 3 km, è sicuramente una delle più belle della costa. Il mare cristallino raggiunge subito una certa profondità e la sabbia è bianca e di grana un po' grossa. Sicuramente apprezzabili le dune di sabbia che spiccano dietro la spiaggia. L'appartamento è disponibile da subito.

Nelle vicinanze l'uliveto secolare di S'Ortu Mannu, le grotte di S. Giovanni a Domusnovas, dove si può praticare il trekking, la bellissima costa di Nebida e la città di Iglesias. A circa mezz'ora d'auto l'isola di S. Antioco e l'imbarco per Carloforte. Ottima posizione per percorsi di turismo minerario.

Affittiamo appartamento di 85mq nel bellissimo e tranquillo paesino di Nebida (CI). La casa ha una cucina super accessoriata con lavastoviglie, una piccola sala da pranzo, un bagno con doccia e lavatrice, 2 camere da letto con 2 letti matrimoniali, un balcone con tavolino per poter cenare o pranzare all'aperto con una vista mare mozzafiato + barbecue a portata di mano. La sala da pranzo ed una camera da letto sono climatizzate. La spiaggia di Masua e Portu Cauli distano ca. 5min.
