Habitant Paris, j'adore venir dans ce Paradis de Villefranche sur mer. J'ai pris beaucoup de plaisir à rénover, équiper et décorer en 2019 cet appartement pour le rendre le plus agréable possible. Maintenant, mon plus grand plaisir est de prendre mon café au réveil sur la terrasse devant cette vue magnifique sur le cap Ferrat. Sa situation centrale à proximité de la vieille ville, du port et de toutes les commodités, son ascenseur et un parking municipal au pied de l'immeuble sont aussi un plus.

Wi-Fi gratuit Draps/serviettes Vous êtes à: - 5min de Monaco et 10min de Menton en voiture. - 5-10 min à pied MC Tennis Club - 15 min à pied de la gare Cap Martin Roquebrune. Place idéale pour vos vacances ou un court séjour. Vous avez un chemin des douaniers qui mène vers Monaco et un chemin du Corbusier qui va jusqu'à Menton. Le site Cap Moderne est un des plus beaux sur la Côte d'Azur.

La maison d'Isidore

La maison d'Isidore, située entre Nice (15 km) et Monaco (8 km) est une partie de notre maison avec une entrée séparée totalement indépendante. Le duplex climatisé comprend une kitchenette totalement équipée au rez-de-chaussée. Devant l'entrée une petite table permet de manger à l'ombre de la glycine. A l'étage, une chambre et une salle de bain auxquelles on accède par un petit escalier. Une baie vitrée dans la chambre donne accès à une terrasse avec une très belle vue mer sur la baie de Eze.

Die Wohnung verfügt über ein großes Wohn-/Esszimmer mit einer offenen Küche sowie 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder und eine große Terrasse. Die Einrichtung ist stilvoll-lässig. Der großzügige Balkon ist auf das Meer ausgerichtet und hat (fast) den ganzen Tag Sonne. Zum Stadtzentrum sind es 15 Minuten zu Fuß oder 5 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn.
