Just 10 minutes walk from one of the most beautiful beaches in Algarve, famous for its red sandstone cliffs and golden sand. The condo has a swimming pool (used from May-October and special holidays) and green area. The apartment: - One bedroom with double bed, window and closet. Bed linen are included (Extra floor mattress can be supplied for additional two people). - One living room with sofa, dinner table, satellite TV. - Full equipped kitchen (including fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher) - Bathroom with bathtub - Balcony facing the swimming pool with table and chairs for your sunny meals - Swimming pool and garden open all year (swimming pool in use from May-October) The area: The apartment is located at Falesia, Algarve. Just 10 min walking to the beautiful beach of Falesia, with supermarket, restaurants and coffee shops within 5 min walk. This is a quiet place for a relaxing holiday. Although conveniently located within a 10 min drive from Albufeira and Vilamoura, with summer shops, bars and clubs, the pine tree forest is a low construction green area. The coast of Falesia beach is only occupied by Sheraton and Pine Cliffs luxury resorts. The beach is so long that it never gets overcrowded. The coastline and the surrounding countryside can be explored either on foot or by bicycle.

Algarvila is located in Vilamoura, 2.2 km from Vilamoura Marina and 2.9 km from Falesia Beach. The 3-bedroom holiday home features, among other facilities, tv with cable channels, free Wifi, Netflix, Nintendo console, snooker and six bicycles. At the holiday home guests are welcome to take advantage of a swimming pool and a fitness room and BBQ facilities. The property is rented as a whole and all spaces are for the exclusive use of guests. Pets are welcome.

(Note: The Pools will be open from May 26th to October 31st. in 2024) Located in a quiet village (in summer, a nearby hotel has noisy entertainment between 9 pm and 11 pm), 6 kms from Albufeira, this small and comfortable apartment has a bedroom with two beds, a kitchenette, a dining area, a complete bathroom and a pleasant balcony. You will love this space because of the location, the views, the private pool with the surrounding green space. My space is good for families (with children) and large groups.
