It’s a 200sqm loft with 2 bedrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs), 2 bathrooms (both downstairs), a spacious terrace and 2 balconies. It's full of light and space for up to 4 people. You can park your car in our private parking space and take the elevator to the rooftop. The spacious terrace is ideal to relax after a long day and enjoy a bottle of wine while overlooking the Downtown skyline!

The location is just a short walk to all the major sights but tucked away and quiet at night. I will be available during the stay for advice and any problems related to the apartment The loft is on a small street parallel to Rua das Flores, the most central and romantic street of Porto. The best restaurants are nearby, as are street artists. São Bento Station is close by, in the central area declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Studio Artes! In the heart of of Porto World Heritage, just a few minutes from Douro River, the main monuments, restaurants and pedestrian streets. Artes has a balcony, and is an equipped and furnished studio, in a building with origins in the 16th century, recovered by the Architecture studio: Belomonte. Excellent space to walk around Porto on foot, just a few minutes from the S. Bento Metro. With private bathroom, sheets and towels, drinking water and very well equipped.

This cozy studio on the 3rd and top floor features a small balcony. Inside, there's 25 square meters of space with an equipped kitchenette, double bed, sofa, and balcony. It's situated in central Gaia, just 2 minutes from the metro station, and 2 stops from Porto downtown. Walking across the D. Luiz bridge takes only 15 minutes! We'll perform the necessary ID verification in person before check-in, in compliance with legal regulations in Portugal and most of Europe.
