We love Margate and we think our cottages are the perfect base to make the most of all that this amazing town has to give! Cottage no 14 is located right in the heart of Margate's Old Town. It is one of two cottages that we offer, both of which are tucked away in a private gated courtyard on Love Lane. The cottages are literally yards from the many shops, restaurants, cafes and bars that the Old Town has to offer and are a stone's throw from the beautiful harbour and beach. And we have parking!

Bell Cottage a Beautiful Little Cottage

Bell Cottage is situated in the rural village of Ringwould in Kent which is one of the oldest villages in the country. Offering stunning walks and views over the countryside towards the coast. Located between our beautiful hometown of Deal, which was voted one of the UK's best seaside towns and Dover, home to the famous White Cliffs and Dover Castle. Both being a short drive away. Our cottage is set back approx 12 metres of the busy main A258. We are approx 2 miles from main Deal town.

Stylish & comfy - St Peter's village, Broadstairs

The Little House in Broadstairs is a 3 storey cottage which has been renovated, with a modern cottage style. The ground floor has plenty of space for storage & relaxing - with a boot room, lounge and a dining /work space in the cellar. On the first floor, there are two good sized bedrooms which can sleep up to 5 (one double bed & one triple bunk, although, top bunk only suitable for children). Wardrobes in both bedrooms. Bathroom located on the ground floor. Wifi and private garden.

Situated at the end of a private country track, opposite the village cricket pitch and only two minutes walk away from a lovely country pub. The Wickets has a large secluded garden and log fired Scandi hot tub. The perfect location for local beaches and countryside walks. The cottage is based on our property but has its own private garden and entrance. Dogs are welcome at an extra charge of £25. The property has a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 small children or one extra adult.

Petit Bleu is a beautiful cottage tucked away in Dolphin Street in the heart of Deal's historic conservation area. Recently fully renovated, it offers everything you need for the perfect coastal getaway! Perfectly located for everything Deal has to offer, the cottage is 50 steps to the beach, less than a 5 minute stroll to the bustling high street, and a 10 minute walk to Deal train station. There is also free parking only a few minutes away.

Bay Cottage - Exclusive unmissable deals!

Bay Cottage is a beautiful 18th century cottage located in the heart of the of Broadstairs. The beach, shops and restaurants are only a two minutes walk away. We are happy to accept dogs but we ask guests not to allow them upstairs in the bedrooms. An additional pet fee of £25.00 will be requested on booking. The cottage has a large enclosed rear patio garden. Free parking is available two minutes walk away on the Eastern Esplanade.

A peaceful, recently renovated, 2 double bedroom end of terrace cottage located in central Broadstairs with a courtyard garden. On a quiet road hidden behind the high street with its shops, restaurants and bars. 2 minute walk to sandy Viking Bay. Broadstairs train station is a 5 minute walk away with its high speed services. The regular loop bus service can take you to Ramsgate Harbour, Margate (Turner Museum) and Westwood.

The Coach House A Spacious, Seaside Retreat

The Coach House is an adorable cottage formed from the original former coach house and stable in the grounds of an imposing Victorian house. it is incredibly spacious inside and has a secluded private garden. It has everything you need to enjoy your holiday and is close to all amenities, a 10 minute walk to the beach and Royal Harbour and 12 minutes walk to the train station.

Sandy Feet Cottage (prev., Fisherman’s Cottage)

Tucked away in a courtyard this newly refurbished one bedroom grade 2 listed cottage is situated in the heart of Broadstairs minuteaway from the beach. Refurbished to a high standard with high quality products. The cottage has a sofa bed in the lounge that makes the cottage sleep 4. The stairs for the cottage are very steep but are the traditional stairs for the cottage.

Clarendon Cottage is a few minutes walk from the beautiful sandy beaches of Broadstairs, and close to the town's pubs, restaurants and shops. Next to Broadstairs station, which is 80 minutes by rail from London's St Pancras Intl. Off street parking. Formerly known as Crampton's Cottage, but we now brought back the original name Clarendon Cottage.
