Men husk å vaske opp. Hytta består av en stue/kjøkken med sovesofa (140 cm) samt et stort soverom med contenenttalseng (180 cm) og en sovesofa (160cm). Svært gode solforhold, kveldsol og vakre solnedganger. Alt på hytta kan disponeres, båt med elektrisk påhengsmotor, kajakk og kano. Det er en grunn og barnevennlig sandstrand. 10-12 meter ut er det gode dypdeforhold. Gode fiskemuligheter, med forskjellige lokale fiskeslag TVen er tilkoblet med Apple TV

Cosy cabin with fantastic view

Cosy cabin with a great view. 200 meters to the nearest beach and 800 meters to a big public beach. Sun from 8 am to 10 pm in the summer. Large terrace on three levels. Kitchen holds a modern standard. Main cabin holds to bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a single bed), living room, dining area (with a kitchen sofa that can be made in to a double bed) and kitchen. Second cabin is the bathroom and third cabin is a bedroom. Note: The third cabin is without electricity.

Boende där du sköter dig helt själv och kan njuta av lugnet och den fina utsikten. Bra sjösystem för SUP el båt och utmärkta vandringmöjligheter i skogarna runtom. Fullt utrustad stuga där du kan elda i kaminen inne eller tända en brasa vid grillplatsen som ligger ostört från andra grannar. För största naturupplevelsen kan ni nyttja båten som ingår. Den eldrivna motorn gör att du kan glida fram ljudlöst genom de lummiga kanalerna precis runt hörnet. 10 min från shoppingcenter

Homey and well equipped cottage with sauna

The Lerbukta Cottage is located in undisturbed, idyllic and peaceful surroundings. The Halden watercourse is floating past, and the distance to the lake Ara is just about 30 metres. The cabin is well equipped and has a large sitting room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a tiled bathroom with shower, toilet and a washing machine. There is underfloor heating in the bathroom. The sauna is in the side building. The cabin has WiFi.
