Di inizio 900, casa Sciresee è completamente ristrutturata, pur mantenendo il suo fascino antico. Ampia e luminosa, è perfetta per un soggiorno di Relax famigliare, o per avventure escursionistiche, ma anche per gruppi (d'arte, di lavoro, eccetera) dato che si trova nelle Centovalli, ovvero nel bel mezzo di una riserva forestale tra le montagne sudalpine della Svizzera (650 mslm), ma anche a due passi dalla vita di città sulle rive del Lago Maggiore, grazie a Locarno. E si può prenotare un'aula.

Euer eigener Weiler: 2 Rustici an der Verzasca

Zwei 300-jährige Steinhäuser mit originalen Granitdächern — euer eigener kleiner Weiler, ein Steinwurf von Lavertezzo und der smaragdgrünen Verzasca entfernt. Hier ist sonst niemand. Direkt hinter den Häusern der Kastanienwald, gegenüber ein Wasserfall. Nachts hört man ausser Fluss und Grillen nichts. Beide Häuser zusammen; 300 m², insgesamt 5 Zimmer (davon 3 Schlafzimmer), 12 Schlafplätze, 2 Küchen, 2 Bäder, 2 Cheminées, 2 Terrassen und schattiger Garten — alles verbunden, alles für Euch.

Lo chalet è all'interno di in un’oasi verde di prato, pascolo e orti, circondata da una fitta foresta di pini secolari. Ideale per chi cerca tranquillità, il contatto con se stesso e la natura. La vista sui 4000 svizzeri è mozzafiato! Durante la stagione invernale, in caso di nevicate, bisognerà parcheggiare a circa 500 mt dallo chalet, vi aiuteremo volentieri con i vostri bagagli!

Die Villa liegt leicht oberhalb von Brissago im sonnigen Tessin. Sie bietet einen perfekten Kompromiss zwischen zentraler Lage (das Ortszentrum und der See sind fussläufig erreichbar) und Natur. Über einen parkähnlichen Garten gelangt man in die Villa mit 5 Schlafzimmern. Vier davon im ersten Stock und eines in Form einer separaten Einliegerwohnung im Untergeschoss. Ein Balkon und mehrere Terrassen bieten Gelegenheit zur Entspannung draussen. Ein Pool ist in den Sommermonaten auch vorhanden.

Unser Rustico ist liebevoll restauriert. Die alte Substanz ist mit moderner Architektur und Haustechnik verbunden. Unser geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus hat zwei Etagen und ist nach Süden ausgerichtet. Somit haben alle drei Zimmer volles Sonnenlicht. Der Garten hat neben Feigen- und Olivenbäumen einen grosse Sitzplatz und eine mit Reben bewachsene Pergola spendet im Sommer den notwendigen Schatten.
