Na prvom spratu je soba sa bračnim krevetom i krevetom na sprat, još jedna soba sa dva kreveta za jednu osobu, još jedno kupatilo sa tušem. Stan je opremljen TV-om, mikrotalasnom rernom, mašinom za sudove, mašinom za pranje veša i klima uređajem. Stan rezervisan za porodice, grupe mladih se ne prihvataju. Kućni ljubimci nijesu dozvoljeni.

I offer venetian-styled quintuple rooms with a private bathroom ensuite in the heart of Venice (7 minutes away from San Marco/Rialto bridge) in a typical guesthouse from 17th century. All rooms are on the upper floors and there is no elevator. The checkin takes place from 15 - 19 o'clock (from 19 to 21 o'clock at an extra fee, no checkin after 21 o'clock). The local city tax of 3€ pppn is not included in the room price. From April to end of September we offer a breakfast in our alley (8,00€ pp).
