Daher bist du nicht an ein Auto oder Taxi gebunden und kannst vieles zu Fuß erreichen.

Naš je konak pravo mesto za sve ljude željne tišine,čistog vazduha i dobrog zalogaja uz čašicu ili dve dobrog vina! Deca će kod nas uživati u druženju i igri sa životinjama. Tu su naše guske(Slavica,Zorica,Draža...),zečevi Piki,Mimi,Vodopija i Bela,koke kod kojih će svako jutro juriti da vide ima li jaja,i naravno patka Živana. Hleb se mesi svakog jutra,bere se lekovito bilje i uživa u šetnji kroz borove šume.

Daca ne alegeti, veti avea parte de liniste,relaxare,aer curat, drumetii in cazul in care doriti sa explorati imprejurimile! In apropiere de locatie se afla cea mai veche cale ferata montana din Romania, ("Semeringul banatean"), Cascada BIGAR, Ochiul Bei si Lacul Dracului!

Lipov Lad is 200m near the city centre, in the vicinity there is a restaurant and 7 lakes.There is a river Nera 2km from the apartment and Danube is 12km.Very comftorable apartment in the quiet part of town.
