Vrlo dobro pozicionirano, sve je dovoljno blizu, cca 5 do 10 minuta. iIma dovoljno prostora i za sve rekvizite za more, i moguće je spremiti i bicikle ili daske za jedrenje. ima vanjski priključak za vodu, pa je pogodan i za ronioce. a oni koji imaju svoje plovilo, pogled je upravo na uvalu Sv.Martin i malu luku.
