Charmantes Apartment im Münchner Osten

Unser modernes Apartment wurde im Juni 2020 fertiggestellt. Es besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit großem Boxspringbett, einem Bad mit Regendusche und einem Wohnbereich mit angrenzender großzügiger Küche. Im Wohnbereich befindet sich auch die Schlafcouch, auf der eine weitere Person nächtigen kann. Im Eingangsbereich gibt es zudem eine gemütliche, überdachte Sitzlounge. Die Lage der Wohnung ist bestens geeignet für Ausflüge nach München, ins Voralpenland und natürlich auch zur Therme Erding.

The location is ideal for cycling and swimming also in the Wörth and Pilsen lakes. The centre can be reached on foot in 6 Min.. Munich can be reached in ca. 25 Min. (35 km), Neuschwanstein and Zugspitze in approx. 90 Min.

The apartment is only 35 minutes drive to the Munich airport and 15 minutes drive the new exhibition centre- Messe. To the s bahn station line 4 and 6 only 10 minutes walk and you can find there all the cafes, supermarket, and so on. With the S bahn 25 minutes u are in the city center. Parking is free on the public street. The apartment is specially kids-friendly- a playground at the backyard.

Dieses Apartment ist ein eigenständiger Bereich in einem Einfamilienhaus mit eigenem Bad und einer kompletten Küche. Es befindet sich im Keller als Souterrain Wohnung mit 2 großen Fenstern. Die Möblierung erfolgte 2022 komplett neu. Ein großer Smart-TV und WLAN sind vorhanden und es besteht auch die Möglichkeit die Waschmaschine zu nutzen. Das Haus selbst liegt in einem idyllischen Ort im Grünen. Ziele wie die Therme Erding und München sind in 30 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Close to a small shopping center for all your needs. Hairstaightener / -dryer and ironing as well available.

Our vacation home is located in a quiet, idyllic area surrounded by forest and fields, only a few minutes away from Erding. It has a separate, private entrance and accommodates 2 guests. Destinations like the Therme Erding, the Munich Trade Fair and the Munich airport can be easily reached by car. Excellent public transport connection brings you to Munich's Marienplatz within 40 minutes. The S-Bahn train station can be reached by stairs.
