Beautiful private cabin near Tartu

A beautiful private cabin 5km from Tartu. The cabin is located on the bank of a little pond, in a forest. Nearest house is 0,5 km away, so it's the perfect place for a getaway. The cabin has a private barbeque, hot-tub and a disc-golf course for a active holiday. In the cabin is a sauna and a pond for swimming or to have a dip after the sauna. At night time you can also enjoy the fireplace that will keep you warm on the cold nights. Hut-tub is not included in price. It's extra 50.- for stay.

This is a perfect spot for a weekend getaway and spending your time in calm and quite solitary place. We have a volleyball-court, darts, barbecue, pond and cottage for you to enjoy included in the fee. In addition, we have private on-site sauna, which can be arranged for a separate fee on the spot. Metsvahi holiday house is located in the middle of Jõgevamaa forests. It is an ideal place to escape from the routine and take a break from everyday responsibilities. You can walk along the beautiful forest paths, experience a real sauna experience, chill out in the pond after that, and enjoy the beauty of the starry sky in the hot tub sauna. This is a place to really rest and relax. Booking the main house, a separate sauna house, and, by agreement, a barrel sauna is possible.

ODYL Holiday House with Sauna and Seasonal Hot-tub

IMPORTANT for visitors from 2nd November - 31st March: UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT USE THE HOT-TUB DURING THE WINTER AND ONLY THE SAUNA IS AVAILABLE. We will open the hot-tub again from 1st April 2026. The house is located in and incredibly beautiful place, in the middle of the forests, next to a private pond and Võhandu river. Everything you see on the photos (inc. the hot-tub, the sauna, gas grill, paddle boards and a canoe) is for you to use and included in the price.

Built in 2017, this private 60 m2 winter-proof wooden house has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a large living room with an open kitchen. There is also an electric sauna and terrace that opens up to a sunny southern meadow. Lots of natural light, AC, heated floors, a fully equipped kitchen, sauna and 4G wi-fi will provide a comfortable and relaxing stay in all seasons. There is a 22kW EV charger at your disposal, powered by 100% renewable electricity.

Puuküttega saunamaja kamina ja eesruumiga (24m2), kus on ööbimiseks 2-inimese lahtikäiv diivanvoodi (155x190cm). Sobib 2 inimestele, kes naudivad privaatsust looduses ja omaette 30m2 terrassi männipuu all. Hooviala on ligi 10 000m2. Lisainimesed lisatasu eest. Majutus on 100% iseteenindusega ja self-check-in. Sauna kütmiseks kulub ca 1,5h. Joogivesi tasub kaasa võtta. Peale sauna saate nautida värskendavat suplust tiigis.

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).
