This quiet & serene riverfront house is the perfect setting for a family, nature lovers, fishermen, anniversaries, friends retreats, or honeymooners! Newly remodeled in 2018, we can sleep up to 12. Located just a couple of miles outside of Elkhorn & directly on the Elkhorn River, this is a nature-lovers haven! Local restaurants, shopping & other amenities in Elkhorn, Omaha & Waterloo are within a few minutes drive! Our place is a smoke & pet free home! Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas only.

Beautiful private lower level, walk-out lake front in a quiet neighborhood. Spacious living quarters. Fireplace, full kitchen, bar, dining area, big screen TV. Bedroom has a queen bed. 2nd TV area has a queen Murphy bed. Bathroom has 2 sinks & a shower. Laundry room has a washer/dryer. Outdoor space includes a covered patio & hot tub, outdoor kitchen with chef's grill, refrigerator & fire pit. Kayaks, paddle boards, 2-person canoe, floats & fishing poles are available. Event Fee varies.

Our place is 15 min. from Omaha's zoo; 10 min from the Old Market; 5 min. from shopping/restaurants; 15 min. from the airport, and for nurses 3-10 min. from several hospitals. The 1000 sq. ft. apartment occupies the lower level of our house with a separate entrance and patio. SANITATION PLEDGE: We are taking extra measures to make sure your rented space is safe. At each cleaning, we use disinfectant to wipe down all surfaces, handles, railings, light switches, remote controls and appliances.

Enjoy a private walk-out basement located in a West Omaha, family-friendly neighborhood! The house backs up to a beautiful walking path that runs parallel to the creek and a prairie reserve. We have two dogs, so if you bring a pet, please know the backyard is a shared space! Pets are certainly welcome! We are passionate about hosting guests and creating comfortable and cozy spaces. At our other Airbnb property, we get a lot of comments about the comfy beds, and we have the same kind here!
