Potrete evitare l'uso dell'auto e raggiungere la spiaggia e il centro a piedi in 4 minuti. La Casa ha un'incantevole vista sul mare dalla quale si vede il sorgere del sole, terrazza con barbecue, giardino con doccia e privacy per il relax all'aperto, parcheggio gratuito adiacente.

In S'acqua Callenti De Basciu, the villa "Rossu" offers you an excellent view of the mountains. Located in a quiet area, the 120 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 6 people. Additional amenities include TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a washing machine. A baby cot is also available on request. The private outdoor area includes a garden, a covered terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.

For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

It has a terrace and a barbecue. 2 euros per person per day as tourist tax.
