La casa è un trullo del 1800, tutto ristrutturato, dotato di riscaldamento ed aria condizionata, Smart TV e WI-FI. La camera da letto è dotata di un letto matrimoniale con comodini, lampade da lettura e armadio. Nella sala, dotata di frigo, forno microonde, tostapane e macchina espresso caffè, è sistemato un divano letto; è possibile cucinare e pranzare su tavolo per 4 persone. É possibile arrivare in macchina di fronte al trullo per una sosta di pochi minuti per lasciare i bagagli. Parcheggio in via Indipendenza per 6 euro al giorno ,oppure 2 euro all'ora di fronte al trullo o nei pressi della Stazione ferroviaria.
