Edificio totalmente rehabilitado. La vivienda además posee varios premios de arquitectura y ha sido publicada en varias revistas de diseño. La vivienda está en la segunda planta de un edificio de 3 plantas. Solo existe un vecino por planta. El edificio no dispone de ascensor aunque dispone de una escalera muy ancha y cómoda. El apartamento dispone de un salón muy grande con sofa de 2.40 metros, la cocina está totalmente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos, lavadora, secadora, horno, microhondas, lavavajillas, placa de cocina de gas y de inducción, todos los electrodomesticos de la cocina son de alta gama o premium plus. Hay aire acondicionado frio, calor, por conductos, también hay radiadores de gas natural, la iluminación es graduable. La casa conserva el estilo tradicional del casco histórico aunque posee un aspecto más moderno, de diseño y muy exclusivo. It has three large windows in the main areas, which, being in the corner of the building and facing out to the plaza, get a lot of light; thanks to the Valencian weather, you'll be able to enjoy sunny days for most of the year. Don't worry about a thing, you'll find everything you might need: clean bed sheets and towels, hairdryer, soap, kitchen items, coffee, tea... for you to relax and enjoy your visit in a cozy and quiet apartment located in the historic center of the town, just a few meters away from the Mercado Central (Central Market). It's located at the edge of a quiet plaza next to a very charming pedestrian street, with artisanal basketry and woodwork shops, very lively during the day but very quiet at night. No cars or bars. En el salón comedor encontrarán la televisión con Netflix y WIFI, ideal para desconectar después de un día largo. La cocina está completamente equipada (vitroceramica, nevera, microondas, lavadora), si prefieres comer en casa. Cuenta con todos los utensillos de cocina necesarios, además de tostadora, cafetera de capsulas, juguera, y hervidor de agua. Un amplio dormitorio con una cama matrimonial (135cmx190cm) y su gran baño con ducha y con todo lo indispensable, como juego de toallas, secador de pelo, shampoo y gel de baño. Disponible sin coste adicional una cuna de viaje previa solicitud. El edificio no cuenta con áreas comunes.
