Le logement dispose d'un cadre verdoyant, d'une piscine enfant, d'un grand salon, avec cuisine américaine, trois chambres, un WC et une salle de bain.

Il dispose d'un accès et d' un extérieur privatif avec vue dégagée sur la plaine.

Par ailleurs, le logement est situé à 200 m de la Fondation Gianadda, à 300 m de l’Amphithéâtre de Martigny et de la Fondation Barry (Musée et Chiens du Saint-Bernard), et à 800 m du CERM. Le charmant quartier de Martigny-Bourg, avec ses bars et ses restaurants, n'est qu'à 400 m.

Our 'Duplex' in the old town of Vevey can accommodate up to 5 adults plus 2 small children. On the 1st floor there is a suite with a large bathroom and on the 2nd floor there are two separate rooms with shared shower/WC and a kitchen with dining room. The kitchen has direct access to a very large common terrace with bar and grill. Lake view from all rooms. Swimming in the lake directly in front of the house. Car free zone, public transport nearby, cycling recommended.
