Welcome in our newly renovated apartment, located in Novo Naselje, the most desirable residential area of Poreč. The apartment is only 150 m away from the beach and 400 m from the city center, surrounded by a spacious pine forest. Fully equipped apartment with washing machine, dishwasher, air condition, Satellite TV, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator with freezer, hairdryer, iron, free WiFi, a terrace with a nice garden and a free parking place in front of the house.

City center apartment 10 meters from the sea

This small studio apartment is located right next to the sea, with closest beach just a minute away. Just steps away from UNESCO world heritage site Euphrasian Basilica as well as the shops and restaurants. There is a parking space in the garden free of charge - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are welcome. There is a fee of 8 euros a day for a pet payable on the arrival. If you have large pet or more than one pet please contact me prior to reservation.

We are renting an apartment in center of Novigrad. The city of Novigrad has a history that goes far back in time. The whole city is surrounded by walls which gives visitors a feeling of security and shelter. The apartment gives you a feeling of freshness and privacy. You can relax in peace on the private terrace or jump to the beach, which is a two-minute walk away. Near the apartment there are beaches, the central street which offers a lot of fun, in restaurants, bars and street entertainers.

Nedaleko se nalazi Novigrad, Poreč, Buzet (grad tartufa), Motvun i mnoštvo istarskih starih mjesta gdje se nude domaće delicije, autohtona vina, te maslinovo ulje.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Studio apartman „Niko" nalazi se na prvom katu zgrade koja je smještena u centru mirnog mjesta Červar-Porat koje je udaljeno cca. 5km od centra Poreča. Udaljen je otprilike 50 metara od mora, a do najbliže plaže ima samo 5 minuta pješice. U neposrednoj blizini (u radijusu od 50m) i ispod apartmana nalaze se pekara, kafici, restorani i trgovine zbog čega zna biti glasnije tijekom ljetne sezone.
